Terms of service

All consulting engagements with Onyx Data Labs LLC are governed by a mutually executed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work defining milestone deliverables, latency SLAs, and acceptance criteria.

1. Intellectual property ownership

Upon milestone payment, the client retains 100% ownership of all custom source code, Terraform infrastructure definitions, streaming data pipelines, and documentation authored for the engagement.

2. Milestone warranty

Every production delivery includes a 30 day post handoff warranty period covering defect remediation against the agreed Statement of Work specifications.
